Abstract

基于3-RCU并联机构的被动4D座椅,包括机架、第一支链、第二支链、第三支链和座椅。第一支链一端通过转动副与机架联接,另一端通过虎克铰与座椅联接;第二支链一端通过转动副与机架联接,另一端通过虎克铰与座椅联接;第三支链一端通过转动副与机架联接,另一端通过虎克铰与座椅联接。座椅在外力的作用下可以做一平两转三自由度的运动,能够满足4D电影所需的座椅运动的要求。本实用新型结构简单紧凑,所需成本较低。
A driven 4D seat based on a 3-RCU parallel mechanism comprises a frame, a first supporting chain, a second supporting chain, a third supporting chain and a seat body. One end of the first supporting chain is connected with the frame through a rotating pair, and the other end of the first supporting chain is connected with the seat body through a hooke hinge; one end of the second supporting chain is connected with the frame through a rotating pair, and the other end of the second supporting chain is connected with the seat body through a hooke hinge; one end of the third supporting chain is connected with the frame through a rotating pair, and the other end of the third supporting chain is connected with the seat body through a hooke hinge. The seat body can move in one horizontal-moving freedom degree and two rotation freedom degrees under the effect of external force, and can meet the seat moving requirement of 4D movies. The driven 4D seat based on the 3-RCU parallel mechanism is simple and compact in structure and low in cost.
