本实用新型涉及一种可用于远距离输送装船设备的船位跟踪系统,包括落料管升降控制装置(1),伸缩落料管(3),提升索(5)和提升滑轮(6);伸缩落料管(3)下端卸料口(8)与船舱密封连接;提升索(5)的下端与卸料口(8)连接;在落料管升降控制装置(1)和伸缩落料管(3)之间还设置有张力传感器(2),所述张力传感器(2)连接设置有传感滑轮(7)。该船位跟踪系统根据船位变化时提升索张力的变化,利用张力传感器控制提升索的高度,使伸缩落料管下端卸料口始终与船舱密封连接,防止了由于水位、风浪的变化,船舱会上下颠簸时,出料口与船舱分离造成的物料损失和粉尘污染。

According to the ship position tracking system, the tension sensor is used for controlling the height of the lifting cable according to a change in the tension of the lifting cable when a ship position is changed, so that the discharge port in the lower end of the telescopic blanking pipe is in sealed connection with the cabin all the time, and material loss and dust pollution caused by the separation of the discharge port from the cabin when the cabin pitches due to the changes of the water level and wind waves are prevented.
