本实用新型公开了一种屏蔽型特软电缆,其特征在于:导体采用细铜丝经过束绞和股绞复合绞合而成,在导体的外层依次设置隔离层和绝缘层形成绝缘线芯,由多个绝缘线芯绞合成缆构成电缆缆芯;在电缆缆芯的外层依次设置包带层、金属丝总屏蔽层和外护套层。本实用新型既能保证良好的屏蔽,又能满足柔软性能要求,适应多种不同的工作环境,可作为特殊条件下机械装备的连接线。
The utility model discloses a shielded high flexible cable, which is characterized in that a conductor is composed of fine copper wires which are twisted in a composite bunched and stranded mode, the outer layer of the conductor is sequentially provided with an isolating layer and an insulating layer so as to form an insulated wire core, and a plurality of insulated wire cores are stranded by way of twisting so as to form a cable core; and the outer layer of the cable core is sequentially provided with a belting layer, a metal-wire total shielding layer and an outer sheath layer. The shielded high flexible cable disclosed by the utility model both can guarantee good shielding, and can meet the requirements on softness, therefore, the shielded high flexible cable adapts to various different working environments, and can be used as a connecting wire for mechanical equipment under special conditions.
