Abstract

The utility model relates to the field of continuous mills, and particularly discloses a device in a continuous mill. The device at least comprises a working roll fixed in the outlet end direction of the continuous mill; the working roll comprises an upper working roll and a lower working roll; an inlet guide plate is also fixed on a frame between the continuous mill and the working roll; the device is characterized in that a lower anti-wind guide plate is formed at the outlet end of the lower working roll; an upper anti-wind guide plate is formed at the outlet end of the upper working roll; and blocking rolls are also fixed in rear of the anti-wind guide plates of the working roll. The device can effectively prevent the accident that strip is suddenly broken to wind the working roll because of improper control, material feeding and operation during high-speed rolling.
本实用新型涉及连轧机领域,特别是一种连轧机机内装置。它至少包括连轧机出口端方向固定的工作辊,工作辊是由上工作辊和下工作辊构成,连轧机与工作辊之间的机架上还固定有入口导板,其特征是:下工作辊的出口端有下防缠导板,上工作辊的出口端有上防缠导板,工作辊的防缠板后还固定有挡辊。能够有效防止带材在高速轧制时因为控制、来料及操作的原因突然断带缠绕工作辊的事故。
