Abstract

The utility model discloses a control circuit for precisely removing replaced involution joint yarns by a coarse spinner, and relates to the technical field of textile machinery control circuits. A third relay (J3) is respectively connected with a descending output photoelectric coupler (31) and an ascending output photoelectric coupler (32); the I0.0 end of a programmable controller (4) is connected with an encoder (5); the I0.2 end of the programmable controller (4) is connected with a keel floor-type resetting button (6); the I0.3 end of the programmable controller (4) is connected with one end of a button (SB); the other end of the button (SB) is connected with the COM1 end; and the I0.4 and the I0.5 of the programmable controller (4) are connected with a bidirectional suction iron (7). By adopting the control circuit, the production efficiency can be improved, the labor intensity of machinists is reduced, the number of machinists is reduced, and the replaced part is just positioned at the outmost end of a fixed-length doffing yarn; the doffing yarn can make an involution section be removed precisely; and therefore, the quality of the outer layer of a coarse yarn is guaranteed, and the quality of a finished yarn is not influenced.
